Drinking a minimum of eight glasses of water keeps the skin well hydrated.
Good diet and exercise frequently. To prevent skin issues due to aging, you will need to keep your body healthy by eating the right types of food. Foods with antioxidant properties full of protein and other minerals and vitamins are best for the skin. Regular exercise promotes increased oxygen intake and good blood circulation which are good for the body and the skin.
