If one is heading outdoors, the SUNCREEN is a must. It protects from the harmful ultra-violet (Ultra violet) rays of the sun, which can be extremely harmful to the skin. The main cause of the fine lines, wrinkles and pre-mature aging is exposure to UV rays without protection. Make an effort to apply sun block fifteen minutes prior to sun exposure. For protection against UVA and UVB rays, choose broad spectrum sunscreen. Finally, a SPF factor of at least 30 is suitable for outdoor purposes.

There are many remedies for aging skin, including serums, creams and even medical procedures like collagen injection, skin resurfacing and laser. The creams are a much safer (and cheaper) option if one is afraid of going under the needle. Choose one according to your budget and needs.

2.Diet

You’re what you eat.

Good skin can also be a result of a proper diet. Include a serving of greens for each meal, especially the green leafy ones. If the vegetables are not enough, add on a serving of fruits as well. When the skin gets its nutrition, it aids the process of cellular repair, minimizing the damage from the sun or other environmental factors.

Consume enough water; no less than eight glasses of water each day. The water helps to keep the body (and skin) hydrated, and also reducing the amount of toxins that stays in your body.

3.Lifestyle

Relax! Avoid tension and stress as they may increase fine lines and wrinkles. Doing exercises can be a great way to relax, and make improvements to blood circulation.

For the cigarettes addicts, this may be a good reason to quit! Cigarette smoking has been shown to accelerate the aging of the skin. If you want good skin, think twice before you light up!
